Being a global player

As business responds to the need to be global, the makeup of many companies is becoming markedly multi cultural.
In this new Millennium, successful corporate players must possess the skills to operate in the new global village, they must understand the cultural differences of their foreign colleagues and recognise the cultural implications of their decisions.
Disharmony within an international team can and does lead to sub standard performance and non cooperation through lack of cultural understanding can (as many companies have experienced) be disastrous!
Who needs inter cultural training?
Anyone working within or managing a multi cultural team. The international team may be under one roof, working together remotely over several locations or scattered across different Countries working "together - apart"

Typical beneficiaries of inter cultural training include:

  • Customer/ technical support teams and managers.
  • International call centre teams and managers.
  • Employees / management of companies acquired by (or acquiring) foreign companies.
  • Staff and management of International or European HQ sites.
